  • Select brand images and 5 edited videos (Time Exclusions)

  • Up to two rounds of changes each month

- Monthly creative consultations (Online or In-Person)

- Select Personalized branded photo or video session (15 Hours )

  • Think lifestyle, look-books, behind-the-scenes, events, and more

- Select brand images and 9 edited videos

- Ready-to-share promotional IG stories

- Up to 4 rounds of changes each month

$2900 (monthly relationship)

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

POST-PRODUCTION

Video(s) and/or Photo(s) will be returned to client depending on their package, you can expect video(s) and/or photo(s) to be returned in 7 to 10 business days.

Video/Photo release forms must be signed and returned to ODM before final video(s) and/or photo(s) are returned to client. 

If editing suggestions are not made within 3 business days of client receiving videos and/or proof images ODM will hold files on hard drive for 30 days. After the 7th day a $100 processing fee will be accessed to clients account and invoiced. After 60 days files will be deleted from ODM hard drives. 

Each project allows 2 free changes, after that you will be charged $20 per change and render. (exceptions)

CANCELLATIONS AND DATE/TIME CHANGES

In the event you cannot make your shoot slot we can reschedule your shoot, if you know you may need to reschedule please give us 48 hours’ notice. However, please note that you only get one chance to reschedule before you are subject to fees. 

OVERAGE AND OVERTIME

If the client runs over the time they booked, the price for each hour is the hourly rate for that particular service. Overtime is subject to availability. Payment for any overtime will be invoiced and must be paid before final product is delivered to client.
